Q: Where are you based?

A: We are based in the United Kingdom.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept payment by debit/credit card, Paypal and Bitcoin.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We will try to get your item/s to you as soon as possible. We usually post the next working day after receiving your order, and you should receive your item within 2-3 working days (UK), 4-6 working days (Western Europe) or 6-8 working days (Rest of World). Please allow extra time for delivery during the Christmas period.

Q: Which brand of shirts and hoodies do you use?

A: We use only premium quality, heavyweight Gildan t-shirts and hoodies.

Q: Which printing method do you use to apply your designs?

A: We apply the design using the highest quality garment vinyl and a commercial heat press. This method yields similar looking results to screen printing, but produces a more durable and hard wearing print, that will last many, many washes without fading.

Q: How do I care for my garment?

A: If the print becomes ‘creased’ during the delivery process, or after washing, simply iron the shirt/hoodie, but make sure to turn the t-shirt/hoodie inside out before ironing to avoid damaging the print.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We print these designs to order, so please make sure you refer to our size guide before ordering. We will only accept returns if the item is damaged due to a fault of our own, or if we sent you the wrong size, colour or design by accident.
