T-shirt / hoodie featuring famous quote by 20th century English novelist, essayist, journalist and critic, Eric Arthur Blair (known by the pen name, 'George Orwell').

Orwell is best known for the dystopian novel 'Nineteen Eighty-Four' (1949), the allegorical novella 'Animal Farm' (1945) and 'The Road to Wigan Pier' (1937). His book 'Homage to Catalonia' (1938), an account of his experiences in the Spanish Civil War, is widely acclaimed, as are his numerous essays on politics, literature, language, and culture.

Orwell's work continues to influence popular and political culture, and the term "Orwellian" — descriptive of totalitarian or authoritarian social practices — has entered the language together with several of his neologisms, including cold war, Big Brother, thought police, Room 101, doublethink, and thoughtcrime.

T-shirt / hoodie reads: "One of the most horrible features of war is that all the war-propaganda, all the screaming and lies and hatred, comes invariably from people who are not fighting."

All of our designs are applied to premium quality, heavyweight Gildan t-shirts and hoodies. All t-shirts and hooded sweatshirts are made to order, so please refer to our size chart before ordering.
